I’ve been using this minimalistic tool, #notes, for about a week now. And I’m addicted.
In the past week, I have used #notes for talking points for meetings, blog ideas, prayer requests, reminders, to-do lists, and to take notes during a meeting. No matter the scenario, #notes has been a helpful and productive tool when working offline.
I have enjoyed using #notes so much that I have even developed the habit to keep my #notes in my back-pocket at all times.
There are a lot of productivity tools out there and other note-taking books so how is #notes any different?
And my answer to that is three-fold:
1. #notes Is Made By Real People.
I have supported the 8BIT team and have promoted Standard Theme for years. The 8BIT team has fostered transparency, intentionality, and relationships with customers since the beginning. It is a constant reminder that these are real people who are creating real products that help people create real results.
2. #notes Is Different And Beautifully Designed.
You may refuse to transition to a new tool to capture thoughts or ideas, but one thing you can’t ignore and have to consider is how unique and different #notes is from the other options. And it is obvious that a lot of time and creativity went into building a beautifully designed product with an intentional use and purpose.
3. You Just Have To Commit.
No matter what tool you buy or method you use it will not work if you cannot commit to being disciplined to use it. If you have never committed to using a tool like #notes then this may be a great way to start. However, it is important to realize #notes does not arrive DOA, you just have to commit to using it for #notes to work. And if you commit you will love using #notes.
I encourage you to check out #notes. But I highly encourage you to purchase #notes and commit to integrating it into your workflow.
